Seguros Bilbao confirms its commitment to the "Cuentos para pensar" (Stories to make you think) initiative, which this year is highlighting mental health

"The insurance company once again reaffirms its support for a cultural initiative that invites reflection and proposes solutions to the challenges posed by today's society."

Seguros Bilbao, a company of Grupo Catalana Occidente, has once again supported the Fair Saturday Foundation in the new edition of its programme "Cuentos para pensar, "a literary competition that this year focuses on proposing individual and collective reflections to break the stigmas generated around the issue of mental health.

With the support of this initiative, the insurance company consolidates itself as one of the main strategic partners of Fair Saturday, which, for more than five years, has promoted the critical spirit of our young people facing the challenges posed by today's society. This year's literary competition, which is entitled "Cuentos para la sauld mental" (stories for mental health), has involved more than 600 young people from 16 schools in Bizkaia.

The Marketing Director of Seguros Bilbao, Íñigo Garay, highlighted during the awards ceremony of this year's edition of "Cuentos para pensar" that promoting health from a comprehensive perspective, taking into account the physical, mental and social well-being of human beings is key today, as is working on prevention." For this reason, he added that "the insurance company is proud to support an initiative that is growing year after year, promoting the critical spirit, solidarity and reflection among young people to build a more empathetic future for all."
