GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente) launches a new advertising campaign to promote its new brand Occident

"The campaign “Seremos Occident” focuses on the merging of the companies Seguros Catalana Occidente, Plus Ultra Seguros, Seguros Bilbao and NorteHispana Seguros, under the new brand. "

The creativity focuses on the value of the union of people and friendship, which will lead to better company. The actors in the advertisement are looking for a name for their band, one which conveys the idea that they are close-knit.

"Occident represents the change to a new stage, in which the insurance company will be more streamlined and flexible, and able to adapt faster to our customers' needs. Our corporate purpose is to understand our customers, both individuals and companies, and to accompany them at every stage of their lives", explained Juan Close, Direct General of Traditional Business at GCO.

The campaign creativity was entrusted to the advertising agency The Cyranos, the production was carried out by Primo and the media strategy was designed by Havas Media. The advert is part of a campaign that will be shown on the main television channels, on digital and social media, and played on radio stations in the Basque Country and Catalonia.

The campaign will also include posters placed in offices and branches of the insurance companies, and a sponsorship strategy for various high profile sporting and cultural events, including the Starlite Occident music festival, the Occident Summerfest Cerdanya and the Trofeo Conde de Godó tennis tournament.
