Grupo Catalana Occidente launches Advance, a progressive co-payment method for its health insurance

Grupo Catalana Occidente has launched Cosalud advance healthcare, a new kind of progressive co-payment in health insurance policies offered by Seguros Catalana Occidente, Plus Ultra Seguros and Seguros Bilbao, offering each insured person the first 15 medical actions with no annual co-payment. This is a product designed for people who want quick access to the medical services they need at an advantageous price and without having to make co-payments from the first medical action.

The product offers the same coverage as other Group brands' health insurance products, including hospitalisation, access to emergency services and surgical specialities, and differs in respect of co-payments, which are not applied until the 16th medical action, if achieved.
