Grupo Catalana Occidente renews its sponsorship of the Starlite festival

"Four the fourth consecutive year, the insurer will be putting its name to the world's top boutique festival, reaffirming its commitment to music and culture. "

Grupo Catalana Occidente has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Starlite Festival and will once again be the main sponsor of the festival in 2023. The insurance group is thus reaffirming its commitment to the music industry and will continue to support the world's biggest boutique festival: Starlite Catalana Occidente.

According to María José Álvarez, Deputy General Manager and Director of Innovation, Marketing and Business Development at Grupo Catalana Occidente, "we want music to continue to be a backbone of the Group's sponsorship strategy, as it allows us to be part of unforgettable moments in people's lives. For this reason, we are very pleased to be able to announce our continued support for Starlite one year more. It is a major festival that during the summer months becomes a generator of quality musical experiences and, at the same time, dynamizes the leisure and culture of the entire region."

For its part, the Starlite Group also looks upon the collaboration between the two entities positively. Sponsorship Director, Amaya García, stressed that "thanks to the support of one of the most important insurance groups in Spain, which has millions of customers, we will be able to continue to give visibility to some of the musical greats from the national and international stages."

Starlite Catalana Occidente has brought music to the insurance professionals and customers of Seguros Catalana Occidente, Plus Ultra Seguros, Seguros Bilbao and NorteHispana Seguros. Specifically, between 10 June and 3 September, the group invited more than 670 customers and brokers to the festival to enjoy the live concerts. In addition, this year the festival has broken the attendance records with more than 362,000 people attending during its three months of performances.

Starlite also held a charity gala, at which, once again, Grupo Catalana Occidente demonstrated its support for the work carried out by the festival's foundation.

In short, for the eleventh year running, Starlite Catalana Occidente has offered a unique leisure and cultural experience in the unparalleled setting of La Cantera de Nagüeles (Marbella).
