NorteHispana Seguros renews its home insurance with new covers and more customisation options

NorteHispana Seguros has improved its home insurance by incorporating new services and offering customers more product customisation options, as the company has increased the flexibility of guarantees and its coverage limits.

Among the new benefits, special importance is given to the care and protection of pets: veterinary accompaniment in the event of an accident, Civil Liability coverage and a free telephone service is available to insured persons to make consultations about vaccinations, illnesses or food, among other questions. The insurer also provides legal advice on certain matters related to pets, such as the management of licences or certificates necessary for potentially dangerous breeds of dogs.

Another of the guarantees that customers value most is the emergency boiler repair service, which includes the call-out service of a qualified technician and up to two hours of labour. Furthermore, NorteHispana Seguros has added new services that cover the repair of solar panels in the event of damage, as well as the repair of water leak damage caused by defective joints in sanitary fittings.

The company also offers Environmental Civil Liability services, which cover damage caused by an event that generates contamination in soil, water or air; when it is dangerous or harmful to people; their rights or damages natural resources.

The new home insurance is available in three different types depending on the type of home they are intended for: apartments, independent detached houses and terraced houses.
