Occident and the Association of Mediators of Tarragona strengthen their commitment to mediation in the insurance sector

Occident and the Association of Mediators of Tarragona have signed a cooperation agreement that seeks to promote and help strengthen mediation in the insurance sector in the province of Tarragona.

Signed by Àlex Mestre, president of the College of Mediators of Tarragona, and Carles Caparrós, director of Mediation for the Tarragona Brokers Network, the agreement establishes a cooperation framework to develop training activities, conferences and professional development actions aimed at insurance mediators in the region. Both entities commit to actively collaborate to strengthen the training and upskilling of registered professionals.

This agreement, which also includes joint visibility actions through various channels, is part of Occident's commitment to mediation, providing support to the work of industry professionals and contributing to their growth and training.

ÀLex Mestre, the president of the professional association, noted: “Having the support of a company such as Occident allows us to continue promoting initiatives that strengthen the profession and provide value to both the sector and the public”.
