Occident lends its name to the first edition of the "ALMA Occident Madrid" festival

"The insurance company again shows its commitment to culture and the arts through this musical event, which will be held for the first time in Madrid, from 31 May to 18 June."

The “ALMA Occident Madrid” festival will be held for the first time in Madrid, and it will happen courtesy of Occident, from 31 May in Parque Enrique Tierno Galván. In this way, the insurance company again shows its support for music by sponsoring this event, which will feature a programme that brings together the best national and international musical acts.

As part of its collaboration, Occident will lend its name to the event, and the brand will also be present in the various materials of the festival, such as the screens on the stages and the perimeter fencing.

The stage of "ALMA Occident Madrid" will showcase renowned artists from the musical scene, including Evanescence, Vetusta Morla and Deep Purple. There will also be a new edition of POMPÄ Open Air from 31 May to 1 June, with two indie pop sessions in the evening. The festival will also feature emerging talent and quality food in the Village area, surrounded by nature. Moreover, the event will display its commitment to promoting equal opportunity by employing people with disabilities as part of the festival staff.  

In the words of the Occident CEO, Juan Closa, “at Occident, we want to be close to people, assist them at all times, and offer them unforgettable experiences. We are proud to support culture, and especially music, with festivals such as ALMA Occident Madrid”.

As for the directors of the Festival, Óscar Aranzueque and Martín Pérez, they stated that “we are very excited to be partnering with Occident in this new stage of the festival, which is coming to Madrid for the first time”. They also appreciate “Occident's crucial support so we can bring the best national and international music closer to society”.
