"With this protocol, both the insurer and the Alicante-based organisation seek to ramp up support for insurance brokerage in the region"
Occident and the Almería Association of Insurance Brokers have signed a cooperation agreement to step up support for brokers and foster greater professionalism in the insurance industry in the province.
The agreement was symbolically signed by Florentino Pastor, chair of the Alicante Association of Insurance Brokers, and Pascual Rosser, director of Alicante Area Brokers at Occident. Under the agreement, Occident becomes an official sponsor of the events and services organised by the Association. This partnership will enable Occident to get involved in various initiatives and training activities run by the Association.
Florentino Pastor underlined the importance of this cooperation: “The support of insurance companies such as Occident is essential to continue stepping up the training and professional development of our brokers. This agreement furthers our ability to deliver resources and opportunities to the association's members in an ever-changing environment.”
Pascual Rosser said: “At Occident, we are committed to brokerage as an essential channel for distributing insurance. This agreement reflects our commitment to Alicante's brokers and our determination to help them grow and become more professional.”
By signing this agreement, Occident is enhancing its position as a strategic partner for brokers, helping to develop the insurance industry and further cementing its relationship with brokerage professionals in Alicante.
