Plus Ultra Seguros develops a new digital platform for customers to make online enquiries and manage procedures

We present our new e-Customer personal area, a platform where the insurer's customers can conveniently manage their procedures online via a computer, mobile phone or tablet. Specifically, with this tool they can consult the status of the products they have taken out and their coverage; download duplicate policies and receipts; consult bills or access links of interest such as the medical directory, among other services.

This platform has been designed to offer added value to the customer, since it allows them to obtain all the information relating to their policies easily, conveniently and centrally. In this regard, it incorporates a new health module that includes all the features that the customer needs, such as access to their medical directory, the request for authorisations and reimbursements, among others.

Furthermore, e-customer also includes a new savings module that has two tools to enable the insured person to make forecasts thanks to a tax savings calculator and another pension calculation.

The new Plus Ultra Seguros platform wants to promote proximity to the user. For this reason, it has incorporated a chat service to contact the customer service department to facilitate the resolution of queries quickly and directly. In this regard, the insured person can also easily consult their mediator's data sheet, which includes their contact details, as well as other useful telephone numbers.

The new e-customer personal area, which has a modern, intuitive design and is adapted to all types of electronic devices, allows the visualisation of all the information on products and services, thus facilitating their consultation and management, responding to customers' preferences when interacting with the company.
