Plus Ultra Seguros presents its needs analysis platform (AdN) for brokers

"The new system is designed to fully understand and study customer preferences involving life, health and funeral insurance products."

Plus Ultra Seguros has unveiled its needs analysis platform (AdN) to the company's brokers in an effort to facilitate customer support and understand their interests so that brokers can offer customers the insurance policies that are right for them.

The new system lets professionals understand the present and future risks and needs of customers, while at the same time allowing them to offer suitable guarantees based on their goals. To this end, the tool considers several variables, such as: the savings and earnings goals of customers, their financial interests and the number of children in the household.

In this regard, the Plus Ultra Seguros needs analysis focuses on life, health and death insurance, and has been developed to assist brokers as they provide individual advice to customers.

The new system also has a responsive design which allows brokers to access it from any device so they can help their customers online. In addition, customers have the option to purchase products without having to travel thanks to the digital signature and policy. This is all in keeping with the company's sustainability goals and with the aim of guaranteeing convenience and transparency to policyholders.

"With this new platform, we are enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of brokers, who make up a very important group for us. For a long time, we have given these professionals the most up-to-date systems, and we support their training to make sure that the relationship with the policyholder is as streamlined and clear as possible", noted the Deputy Director General of Life Insurance of Plus Ultra Seguros, Juan Jesús Domínguez, who is convinced that thanks to this tool, "we will be able to get to know our customers better and, as a result, adapt our products to their interests".
