Seguros Catalana Occidente closes the first edition of the digital campaign #GenteSinMiedo with resounding success

"#GenteSinMiedo doubles the participation registered in the insurance company's previous digital campaign."

Seguros Catalana Occidente has brought the first edition of People Without Fear to an end by means of a Final Duel organised last week in Barcelona. The teams Staminers and Minds, which were formed during the digital campaign promoted by the company, faced each other in an intense Room Escape, fighting for the grand prize: a trip for two valued at €1,200 courtesy of Iré Viajes.

The campaign took place between 24 April and 12 June, and it reached beyond the initial objectives. A total of four thousand users and nearly two thousand participants took part, which doubles the involvement achieved in the previous campaign organised by Seguros Catalana Occidente: Móntate Tu Película 6.

At night, the finalists enjoyed the award ceremony at Barts Club, which was hosted by the comedian Txabi Franquesa and enlivened by the performance of the psychomagician Luis Pardo.

The first prizes were awarded for the Instagram Map challenge, in which the 560 participants had to decipher two riddles published on this social network. The winners José Ramon Miguens and Sofía Sánchez received an X-A10 digital camera courtesy of Fujifilm.

Zaray Magraner and Álvaro Castellanos, who had to create a character starting from a superpower, a feat and an arch-enemy, were the winners of the category of Invented Superheroe. They were awarded a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses provided by Medical Óptica. Two Kit&Chef workshops were also awarded, courtesy of Planeta DeAgostini, to the winners of the Short Stories Without Fear category, Cinta Zafra and Fran Rodríguez.

The fourth award of the night was for the Photos Without Fear category, a challenge that registered the highest number of participants (1,015) and whose objective was to publish images that transmitted the concept of self-improvement on Instagram. The winners of this category, David Arranz (@arridj) and Gonzalo Bartolomé (@yhabril), received an X-A10 digital camera provided by Fujifilm.

Finally, in the most anxiously awaited moment of the night, the winners of the Final Duel were awarded 5 trips to discover a European city for two, valued at €1,200. Iré Viajes awarded this prize to five members of the Minds team, made up of Cintia Zafra, José Ramon Miguens, David Arranz, Álvaro Castellanos and Gonzalo Bartolomé, who were able to get out of the Escape Room first.
