Seguros Catalana Occidente has added a new online fine management service to its Legal protection for drivers insurance to simplify paperwork; appeal fines; and, ultimately, save its customers time and effort. This new introduction responds to the company's interest in adapting to and meeting the needs of its insured customers.

As a result, by means of a simple form found on the insurance company's website or by email (gestion@multascatalanaoccidente.com), drivers can send their traffic fines in a quick and simple way. After receiving all the required information, Seguros Catalana Occidente will analyse the documentation and carry out the necessary procedures.

This service is added to the extensive cover available in the Legal protection for drivers insurance, such as legal support; legal defence in the event of a suspension of the driving licence; or the allowance for temporary withdrawal thereof, total loss of points or loss of validity on psychophysical grounds. It also guarantees a provision for hiring a vehicle in the event of breakdown, accident or theft, as well as travel assistance.

Seguros Catalana Occidente's Private Customers Manager, Antonio Tejero, underlines "this provision is in line with the company's adaptation process to the customers' new needs, where including value-added services in existing products is one of our main objectives."
