Seguros Catalana Occidente renews its commitment to BC Morabanc Andorra for another year

"For the seventh consecutive year, the company has reaffirmed its commitment to the basketball club to become its official sponsor for the 2022-2023 season."

Seguros Catalana Occidente and BC MoraBanc Andorra have renewed their collaboration agreement for the seventh year running, making the insurance company the team's official sponsor for the 2022-2023 season. This agreement forms part of the sponsorship strategy of insurer Grupo Catalana Occidente, in which sport is one of the main axes, due to the values it represents.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will have a brand presence with the insertion of its logo on the team's warm-up T-shirt and at the Poliesportiu d'Andorra, the club's home pavilion. Furthermore, on the team's Twitter and Instagram profiles, the insurance company will appear in the videos of the “La asistencia segura” (assistance assured) campaign, featuring highlights from each game.

For Eduard Fillet, director of Seguros Catalana Occidente's Andorra branch, BC MoraBanc Andorra "stands out for its passion for basketball and its constant efforts to improve and excel, and it's a great honour for us to be able to collaborate with this club.”

BC MoraBanc Andorra's president, Gorka Aixàs, thanked the company for its involvement with the team. "Seguros Catalana Occidente is one of our greatest supporters and has demonstrated its commitment during the most difficult times over the years."

BC Morabanc Andorra, which will play in the LEB Oro League during the 2022-23 season, is an established sports club that has achieved great success in the last decade, reaching the final of the Copa del Rey (2016-2017) and qualifying for two consecutive years for the Eurocup (2017-2019). In addition, it has won two first-place trophies in the Catalan Basketball League, in 2018 and 2020, respectively.
