NorteHispana Seguros is committed to services linked to insurance as a means to developing business and customer loyalty

NorteHispana Seguros, a company of Grupo Catalana Occidente, recently held its commercial seminars, with the aim of reviewing the key aspects of 2021 and transferring the strategy for the current year in a meeting that was held in virtual format. 

During his speech, the CEO of NorteHispana Seguros, Augusto Huesca, outlined the main projects planned for 2022. In this regard, the company will continue to drive the growth of its commercial network and will focus, one more year, on customer orientation and excellence in the management of claims.  

The insurer has also made a firm commitment to the continuous improvement of its products and the creation of value added services to insurance as a means to strengthen customer loyalty. As part of the analysis of death insurance, a strategic product for the company, Huesca highlights its multi-risk approach. "Over the years, our offer in this segment has been transforming, demonstrating our great ability to adapt to social change with coverage ranging from preventive health and well-being services, with free annual check-ups, to comprehensive pet care", he stressed. 

Meanwhile, the CEO of Grupo Catalana Occidente's Traditional Business, Juan Closa, was responsible for analysing the sector's evolution in 2021 and highlighting the good results achieved by the insurance group in 2021, placing it at levels prior to the pandemic.  

Among the main projects, Closa highlighted adaptation to the digital environment and customer experience. "At NorteHispana we will be striving in 2022 to consolidate the network of branches and offices and also customer orientation", he explained.
