Commitment to sustainability

GCO is committed to integrating responsible and sustainable management of environmental, social and economic aspects into our strategy. Our Sustainability Policy establishes the framework for managing the business in accordance with this commitment while the Sustainability Master Plan sets the roadmap for its development.

Governance bodies

Sustainability is fully integrated into our organisational structure and governance system. We have the support and involvement of senior management and it is managed and supervised through four committees with responsibilities in this area: Sustainability Committee, Sustainable Investment Committee, Audit Committee and Compliance Verification Committee.

Stakeholders

International alliances

At GCO we are adhered to the principles of the Global Compact and are committed to the Sustainable Development Goals. Our Group is also a signatory to the UNEP FI Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) and UNPRI Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
